Warranty & Support
We offer same-day and next-day appointments when our schedule allows; otherwise we will offer you an appointment for the very next available service window that works with your schedule.
During your initial visit, the service technician will run diagnostics on your appliance. They’ll inform you of what repair your machine needs and provide a quote for parts and labor. If we have the necessary parts available on the service truck, oftentimes we can complete the repair in the same visit. If we need to order the part, we’ll handle that for you. Once the part is delivered, we will call you promptly to schedule an appointment to complete the repair.
Service technicians will want to know what type of appliance you are calling about and a brief description of what issue you are having with your machine. They will also want to know the brand and, if you are able to find it, the model number. If there is any warranty information about the appliance, please have that on hand as well.
We offer appliance repair throughout McDowell and Burke counties, as well as parts of Mitchell, Buncombe, Caldwell, and Catawba counties. Please see each individual county page for more detailed information about service coverage and, if in doubt, call the office (828-879-8883) and our service technicians can quickly confirm if your area is covered.
If you are located just outside our listed service areas, give us a call anyway. We can expand our service radius if we have technicians nearby that have availability in their schedules.
If you aren’t sure after looking at our service locations, you can easily call our office and a technician can quickly confirm if you are in our primary service area or if we are able to extend coverage to your location.
Yes! We have an online form for service requests. Fill out the information in that form to the best of your ability, and a service technician will call you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment time. If you submit the form on a weekend when we are out of office, someone will contact you on the next business day (Monday, barring holiday closings).
