Q: What if my specific town or neighborhood isn’t listed here but I live in McDowell or Mitchell County?

A: All service calls start with a diagnostic visit. We’ll get you scheduled for either a morning or afternoon appointment window and give you a call before we head your way. During the initial visit, a technician will inspect the appliance, identify the problem and best repair solution, and provide you with an up front quote for parts and labor. If necessary parts are available on the service truck, the repair can typically be completed during the same visit. If a part has to be ordered, we’ll take care of that for you and contact you once it arrives to schedule a follow-up appointment for repair completion.
